Independent Practitioners and Businesses at Our Venues
The practitioners and businesses listed on this page operate independently from consulting or treatment rooms at certain Blue Heart Clinics venues.
They are separate businesses and are not employed, clinically managed, supervised or professionally insured by Blue Heart Clinics.
Each independent practitioner is responsible for their own services, clinical decisions, professional registration, insurance, patient records, consent procedures, fees, payments and complaints.
Any contract for assessment, treatment, advice or other services is directly between the patient and the relevant independent practitioner or business, and not with Blue Heart Clinics.
Blue Heart Clinics reception staff may provide limited administrative assistance by entering an appointment into an independent practitioner’s own booking system.
This administrative assistance does not make Blue Heart Clinics the provider of the treatment. The appointment, clinical service and treatment contract remain directly between the patient and the independent practitioner or business.
Blue Heart Clinics is responsible for its premises and for services expressly identified as being provided by Blue Heart Clinics.
Blue Heart Clinics is not the provider of services supplied by independent practitioners or businesses renting rooms at its venues.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
