
Dell is the Founder and Owner of Blue Heart Clinics, responsible for ensuring the organisation consistently delivers the highest standards of patient care. He qualified with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy from the University of Hertfordshire and is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council, as well as being a full member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
Before establishing Blue Heart Clinics, Dell built extensive experience across all three core areas of Physiotherapy:
• Neurological (brain & nerve function)
• Cardiorespiratory (heart, lungs & breathing)
• Neuromusculoskeletal (nerves, muscles & skeleton)
His background includes work within a wide range of hospital and community settings such as Outpatients, Neurology, Medical, Cardiorespiratory, Elderly Care, Paediatrics, Community Services and Intensive Care.
Dell’s career has been based primarily in the private sector, with involvement in medico-legal and musculoskeletal services. His professional history also includes supporting a Premier League Football Referee, providing physiotherapy services for The Killers at Wembley Stadium in 2013, and delivering care to The Dreamboys throughout their national tours.
Today, as Proprietor of Blue Heart Clinics, Dell no longer undertakes hands-on physiotherapy treatment. He focuses exclusively on executive leadership and the strategic oversight of the business. His responsibilities include organisational governance, health and safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, financial oversight, operational management, service development and team leadership. His role centres on strengthening infrastructure, maintaining professional standards, safeguarding patient welfare and ensuring the long-term growth, stability and integrity of the organisation.
